BSMW does great work. I check it first thing in the morning and agree with about 95% of what he included in this post. Sports media (except deadspin, obviously) are killing my love of sports. And short of Tim McCarver, no one wears me out more than Dan Shaughnessy. Purple prose of the highest (lowest?) order. He was lead dog in the curse-mongering posse, for which I will never forgive him. Feh.
