To clarify: Lazy Sunday is to Lazy Tuesday as Kevin Grevey is to Saul Smith (I couldn't think of anything lower than Saul)

This is sadder than the Kevin Garnett commercial. Lazy Sunday was comedic lightning in a bottle. This isn't even a fart in a jar.

That's legitimately painful to watch. I like how they are reading their "rap." Also, not quite sure what's up with the solo horn as the beat.

I don't really know what to say here. I am not sure if this was done as a "special" project for UK's "Everything's Not Unpossible!" outreach program, so I don't want to rip it before I know all the facts. It does, however, make me sad that we have great young American men fighting for Halliburton overseas, while other young men are doing...this, and no one's shooting at them. The world is funny that way, I guess. By the way, Will, I think your headline on this is off. This isn't an indictment of white people trying to rap. I doubt these two have ever seen a rap video or heard a rap song when this strange bird was hatched. After all, there were no rhymes, even when they were "rapping" off of cheat sheets.

That was bad on purpose, right? Like, that was intentionally designed to be the dumbest thing that ever existed, right? I don't know what I liked more - the fact that nothing rhymed, the fact that they didn't stay on beat, or that the quick cuts sometimes obscured the beginnings and ends of their lines. Some things are so bad, they're good. This is so bad, it's terrible.

There's probably some sort of rights issue at stake here. The "rap" is terrible but I too checked out their site and they're kinda pissed that it's on your site. Keeping it in proportion, SNL is far worse: one good sketch on network TV doesn't make up for the rest of their material being dire each and every week. At least no one was paying these kids...I hope.

Actually, I just took the video from YouTube, which encourages free use. (This is why YouTube is awesome.) I'm not the one who loaded it up there; if you wanted, you could put this video on your site too. The issue is with whoever loaded it onto YouTube ... which is not us.

This video is an abomination of, not just white people, but the whole human race. It is sweet though, that the two biggest losers in Kentucky....no on Earth, were able to meet and collaborate on something this painfully unfunny.

I'll be honest here: I was involved in a few stunts with a video camera back when I was in college too. But I'd be willing to bet that an outsider - shown our video - would if not be mildly amused, at least recognize why WE found it funny. I am hardly surprised the auteur behind this video reacted as he did on his blog. It's clear he is comically challenged.

Imagine my surprise during the credits to find out that Daniel S. and Bud S. were the stars, but Daniel S. and Keith C. wrote the lyrics. WTF Bud S.?
